Book A Chiropractor Appointment

Thank you for choosing to book with iThrive West Leederville Chiropractic. We have made online booking available to you for your convenience. Please select “Initial Consult & Treatment” if you haven’t seen our Leederville Chiropractor before. This will ensure they have enough time to perform an assessment and discuss your case prior to providing treatment. The 45 minute initial appointment allows enough time to assess and treat the patient. Even if you have been to another clinic before, you will still need to select this appointment type.

Once you have booked an Initial Assessment you will receive a booking confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email, please contact the clinic as it may mean the booking wasn’t completed. Please check your junk mail prior to calling the clinic as the emails are occasionally sent there. You will also be sent new patient intake forms to your email. Please endeavour to have those completed prior to your arrival. This helps us keep to schedule.

If you have already seen our Leederville Chiropractor before, please select “Standard Appointment” even if you have a new condition you would like assessed and treated. If need be, our Chiropractor will amend the appointment to a “Review” appointment if required at the time of the appointment. As a rule of thumb, the standard appointment time allowance allows the Chiropractor to treat up to two regions. For example: neck and lower back pain. Three or more regions may require an extended appointment. Please contact the clinic if you believe you may need an extended appointment.
